Insurance Coverage

If you have employer-provided health insurance, most plans cover a portion of the psychotherapy fee for each session, or fees up to a specific annual amount. Some self-insured plans also provide this coverage.

Be sure to check that your insurance covers Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapisty and know what your coverage includes.

Fees

Each session is $180. I also reserve a limited number of discounted counselling spots for clients in need.

Psychotherapy fees can also be included as medical expenses on your income tax return if you do not have insurance coverage.
