I am an individual and couple counsellor serving eastern Ottawa and Orleans. 

My goal in working with clients - and my hope for everyone - is that we create fulfilling lives for ourselves and meaningful relationships with our partners, families, and friends.  When we feel overwhelmed by the complexities of life or stuck in taking the next step toward our potential, we may need outside support to help us find our way. As a counsellor, I support individuals and couples through the confusion towards clarity and growth.  I strive to create a genuine atmosphere of warmth and support for my clients no matter what challenge or goal they bring to counselling.
